Before a single brick is laid, our team is on-site managing the heavy lifting. We handle site clearance, trench excavation, and earthmoving with our own machinery. Whether you need standard strip foundations for an extension or complex engineered slabs for a new build, we prepare the perfect base for your property. We work closely with Building Control inspectors at every stage, ensuring concrete depths and soil conditions meet all necessary standards.
We prepare the site for construction. This includes stripping topsoil, removing vegetation and old patios, and excavating trenches to the precise depths required by your structural engineer.
We install all types of foundations, from traditional concrete strip footings to reinforced rafts. We ensure accurate setting out so your walls go up straight and true.
We handle the installation of foul and surface water drainage, followed by the construction of solid concrete floor slabs and beam & block flooring systems.

How We Manage Your Build - From, design and planning, through to finishing

Set Out & Dig
We mark out the footprint of the building and excavate the trenches, arranging for building inspectors to approve the ground conditions.

Concrete Pour
We pour the concrete footings to the required depth, creating a level base for the masonry to begin.
3
Up to DPC
We build the sub-structure brickwork, install the beam and block or concrete floor, and lay the Damp Proof Course (DPC) - ready for the main build to start.
