The most critical phase. We manage site clearance, trench excavation, and concrete pouring to create stable, regulation-compliant footings for your build.
We build the "skeleton" of your property. This includes all external brickwork, load-bearing blockwork, and structural steel installation, getting the building ready for the roof.
A specialist service we provide for sturdy, insulated ground floors. We install pre-stressed concrete beams and infill blocks to create a solid, level base for the structure.

Excavation & Footings
We break ground, digging precise trenches and pouring concrete foundations to the exact specifications of your structural engineer.

Sub-Structure & Flooring
We build up to the damp-proof course (DPC) and install heavy-duty beam and block flooring to create a solid working platform.

Superstructure
The walls go up. We construct the external and internal skins of the building, installing insulation and wall ties as we progress to roof height.
